Our experience in event planning, particularly Indian weddings of varying scale, allow us to provide all of the necessary services needed to carry out your big day. Our proficient team allows brides and grooms to rest assured that their wedding is in the most capable hands possible leading up to the ceremony, and the day of the wedding!
For your Mehndi ceremony, we will ensure that all the essentials are pre-planned accordingly. We know the essentials that go into an Indian wedding, such as ordering extra henna. Similarly, in the case of the Sangeet/Garba ceremony, we will ensure that there are fun games and popular music available for guests of all ages to enjoy. Additionally, we can assist you in hiring professional dancers to add an extra lively touch to your event. In planning the Pithi/Haldi ceremony, depending on your taste, we are flexible in creating a traditional or modern ceremony.
Starting from the decor all the way to the catering, we will handle it all. The choices are endless, and you get a say in it in every step of the way.

DECOR
We know that every bride envisions her wedding to be memorable! Whether it is lavish or simple, every detail will be well thought out and executed perfectly. We not only cater to wedding planning, but also provide separate services for décor, floral and linens. (couches, lanterns, linens, vases, tents)
For the Mehndi and Pithi / Haldi ceremonies, we will ensure that the venue is decorated as vibrantly as possible. For example many prefer their event to be decorated in yellow, orange and green. Depending on the venue selected for your Sangeet / Garba, our job will be to make sure that the space is as beautifully decorated as possible without cluttering up the space.
As for the Wedding and the Reception, depending on your preferences, we can either decorate the venues in a traditional manner or we can make it look as contemporary as you desire. Nothing is impossible for us!
Whether you want a Rajastani Mehndi with colorful decor, a traditional Gujrati Pithi with Garba and embroidered backdrops, or a quirky and fun reception ball, we can make do all this and more. So whether you want event planning and décor services or only décor service, our goal is to be with you from start to finish. RENTALS
In addition to event planning and décor services, we also offer various items for rent as per your needs. Rental items include but are not limited to various types of jhoolas (decorative swings), lanterns, linens, drapes, vases, tents, and other scene setting essentials! Depending on the ceremony you’re planning and your vision, certain items may need to be rented, and we can help gear your selection in the right direction!
For your Mendhi, depending on the theme of your event, we could pick out low lying couches or perhaps leave the space devoid of any furniture except for some elegant vases at the sides. Similarly, for the Pithi/Haldi as well as Sangeet/Garba ceremonies, we could, perhaps, help you temporarily partition the dining space from the space of the main event and decorate the entire venue with drapes of your choice.
As for the wedding, since it could be either indoors or outdoors, the type of rentals may vary. You could hold the wedding ceremony in a luxurious tent for an outdoor set up or fancy couches as well as grandiose, lavish vases to set the mood for an indoor layout. Finally, for the reception, you could opt to decorate the venue with lanterns if you envision a romantic ambiance on your special day.
FLOWERS
The mark of a truly great wedding, no matter which culture it may be, is its floral decoration. This is the first thing that guests notice and if done right, will be the talk of the town! An essential part of our service is knowing what type and what color flowers go with your signature event.
Our team is proficient in visualizing what you want and how to create a floral arrangement that not only wows you and your guests, but ties into the bride and groom’s outfits as well as the style of the wedding itself. We provide our own flowers, which minimizes your search and dramatically decreases that pre-wedding stress!
